Columbus, Ohio: An enraged zebra in America attacked its owner, who is still in the hospital, but the animal was immediately shot.
In Ohio’s Pickaway County, 72-year-old Ronald Clifton was bitten on the arm by a zebra until he came close to breaking free, but was shot and killed by a police officer. Police officer Michael Oberle said the incident happened on Sunday when a large energetic zebra was angry near the car door.
When the police arrived to help the injured Ronald, the zebra was not there at that time and ran towards them, now he was harassing Ronald and his family again. At this point, another policeman shot him in the head and he collapsed there.
Zoologists said the zebra was with four or five females and was protecting them, but at one point it threatened its owner and attacked him. He was then forcibly killed.
