You’d think the photo that earned this week’s best celeb twit pic was on the set of some new music video. As it turns out, it’s not- it’s actually a picture taken of Katy Perry in Dubai this week.
The 28-year-old pop singer was in the United Arab Emirates this week for the World Parachuting Championships, in which she performed at the closing ceremony.
As one might expect from a Katy Perry show, the ‘California Girl’ didn’t disappoint when it came to pleasing her fans. The Grammy nominated singer made her entrance via a zip line and performed several songs from her ‘California Dreams Tour.”
This was Perry’s first trip to Dubai, and it made quite an impression. Several tweets from the star gushed about how great of a time she was having in the country.
But it was this picture that Katy shared, that truly showed why she was so enamored.
The caption reads, “I [heart] Dubai.”
We can see why Katy- it looks beautiful!
