A heart-broken Miley Cyrus may have gone into hiding, as some of the star’s most recent tweets have suggested.
Just days after Miley’s latest rescue dog; Penny Lane, was welcomed into her home, another one of the pop star’s rescues has passed away.
The 20-year-old took to twitter with her thoughts, “For everyone asking…I have never been so hurt in my life. My heart has never been so broken…Lila my sweet baby girl has passed away.”
The solemn message had many of her fans concerned, a short while later, Cyrus tweeted, “Broken. Gonna go MIA for a bit. Need some healing time. Thank you to everyone who has sent love my way. I need it.”
And for those left wondering about Lila, she was Miley’s beloved 2-year-old pet Yorkie, who the singer affectionately dubbed “Princess Lila.” It’s unclear at this time exactly how the tiny pup passed away.
We’re sorry to hear of your loss Miley, we hope you find peace and happiness in the time ahead.
