Boy Band, One Direction hit the red carpet at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday night (September 6).

Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson drew plenty of screams from their fans before heading into the show.
The band won for Best Pop Video for their hit song, ‘What Makes You Beautiful’. Upon accepting the award they immediately broke the statue.
One Direction will be performing at the show along with other acts including Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Green Day, P!nk and Frank Ocean.
