A couple weeks ago, I was asked if I’d be interested in doing a beauty review for British spa company; Champneys. Of course I jumped at the opportunity to try out some goodies- especially when the likes of Brit celebrities who have frequented the spa include: David Beckham, Simon Cowell, Kate Moss and even the late Princess Diana.
Champneys, a world-class spa established in 1925, has partnered with Boots; the UK’s leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer (introduced to the US in 2004), to create a line of luxurious bath and body products for the US. Champneys products have been available since March 2012, and sold at Target stores nationwide, as well as Target.com and ShopBootsUSA.com. Prices of products range from $7.99 to $12.99.
The idea behind Boots and Champneys collaborating was to take high end products used at spa locations overseas, and deliver them to the American public at an affordable price. The goal: allowing an every day person to have that same spa experience at home. Champneys products are for people who don’t have the luxury of time to spend at a spa and/or cannot afford the lavish treatments. Now, with Champneys made available at Target stores nationwide, more people will be able to experience the brand.
